Description
This oil catch can kit is a great upgrade to keep your RZR XP Turbo making good, cleaner, safer power by keeping crank case vapors, fumes and fluids out of your intake system. Oil vapors can lower the octane level of the fuel burning in the engine creating higher risk of pinging or detonation. Our catch can system will catch all of those harmful vapors and fluids separating them from the intake system and keeping it much cleaner and less likely to run into detonation issues. This catch can system can also let the crankcase breath more freely which can increase piston ring sealing to effectively increase power and keep the rings from fluttering.
A catch can is strongly recommend on all force induction engines, especially when increasing boost pressure or running fuel like E85, as blow by will increase which will increase the amount of crankcase pressure along with more harmful vapors and fluid. We have designed our catch can to be mounted up higher behind the rear seat plastics to makes it much harder for dirt, mud, sand or water from reaching the breather filter and allowing for longer riding time between filter service.
