This unit appears to be new in it's original box. The unit powers on, but there is an error message to "change the lithium battery. I believe a new battery is all that it needs to work properly. It comes with the user manual, cd, usb cable, nose clip, and 8 FlowMir Disposable Turbines with cardboard mouth pieces.
