P&O Lines:  A twenty-eight page interiors brochure from the 1950s for P&O’s “C” Class to the Far East.  The ships in this service were the twins from 1930, CORFU and CARTHAGE, the handsome 1938 CANTON, and the CHUSAN of 1950.
Black and white photos show public rooms and cabins lined with exotic wood veneers, filled with over-stuffed chairs in flowery prints, and covered by linoleum floors with Art Deco designs.  The older three ships were all retired in the early 1960s while the newer CHUSAN sailed on until the early 1970s.
Very good condition.
