Unidentified Antique German (?) Hand-Carved painted Wooden Peg-Jointed 13” Doll

Unidentified unmarked 13” tall peg wooden doll.
Looks like very old doll antique (?) and hand carved. She is jointed at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. Her hip joints have some metal spring. She is missing part of her left leg where it should joint her hip. Unable to remove her clothes for her body to be fully examined. Her head is egg shaped and is the only painted part of her body except painted black shoe. Most of the paint to the right side of her face is gone as well as to the back of her head. She has a round belly :)))
Doll is wearing a felt skirt, felt top with cotton sleeves, undergarment and cloth to her head. Multiple stains to her outfit.
