Beautiful vintage 18" wooden Zazan doll, tagged "Maxie", by Camelot Doll Company. Doll is a collector's doll and may be considered multi-racial in that her wooden head, hands and feet are  a rich mocha cream color, yet her painted eyes are blue. Cloth body. Brown hair has tight curls across her forehead and long ribbon tied braids. Her green floral stripe dress and white flower strewn pinafore are crisp. White straw hat features  bow made of dress material. Basket of flowers. White shoes and socks.
This doll is featured in the Summer 2021 issue of UFDC's

magazine in an article on wooden dolls. The article will be included in the purchase. This example is pristine, tagged, all original and may never have been removed from the box. Charming doll.
Doll is priced below market to compensate for  the fact that shipping cost is significant due to inclusion of the original box.
