Vtg Wood Wooden Doll Head Swiss? Hand Carved Painted Glass Eyes Signed RR?

Description

Up for auction is this old hand carved wooden dolls head with glass eyes which I believe might be Swiss. One of the glass eyes has been damaged and some of the paint is worn on the front of the hair. It looks like it is signed on the bottom RR on one side and something on the other side in pencil which I cannot make out. This is approximately 6" tall x 3 1/4" across x 3" deep.
